These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Reverse Design. By engaging with our design, prototyping, and manufacturing services, you agree to these terms.

Reverse Design offers product design, prototyping, and manufacturing services tailored to client needs. All services are provided based on project specifications agreed upon with the client.

• All pricing is provided in quotes and subject to change based on project scope.
• A deposit may be required before work commences.
• Full payment must be received before final product delivery.
• Failure to make payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.

• Orders are processed based on agreed specifications.
• Any changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges.
• Reverse Design reserves the right to decline modifications that significantly alter the scope of work.

• Reverse Design ensures products are manufactured to the agreed specifications.
• We do not guarantee suitability for a particular purpose unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Reverse Design is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of our products.

We respect client confidentiality; however, design ownership remains with Reverse Design, and we may use designs in future projects unless a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

• All designs, CAD files, prototypes, and final products created by Reverse Design remain the exclusive intellectual property of Reverse Design.
• Clients receive the finished product but do not obtain ownership of the design, CAD files, or manufacturing rights.
• Reverse Design retains the right to use, modify, reproduce, and sell any product or design developed as part of our services.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership of the design without written consent from Reverse Design.

• Reverse Design reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches these terms.
• If a project is canceled by the client, any payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved through legal proceedings in this jurisdiction.
